Introduction
Establish a modern Lean Management System in Microsoft 365. In this practical, build-along workshop you’ll translate your existing Lean rituals—daily huddles, weekly improvement meetings, and problem-solving—into a digital setup that works in hybrid and remote environments. We’ll design an obeya in Teams with clear channels, tabs, and dashboards; structure standard work and meeting cadences; and connect actions across Planner/To Do so nothing is lost between meetings.
You’ll also create a simple “single source of truth” in SharePoint for SOPs, templates, and Kaizen logs, and use Power Automate to nudge follow-ups, escalate issues, and keep momentum without extra admin. By the end of the day, you’ll leave with a working digital board, standardized routines, and lightweight automations that increase visibility, reduce coordination waste, and sustain continuous improvement across your team.

At the same time, Microsoft Teams and 365 were becoming the digital backbone of collaboration.
