Fred has spent the past + 15 years running Lean Transformation Programmes in Europe, Asia & Africa. He has experience in Financial Services, Mining and Manufacturing.
Fred is a pioneer in digitalising, automating, and augmenting Lean Management Systems with AI inside Microsoft 365.
The idea for Digital Lean Management was born in 2020, during the COVID pandemic. While working remotely, Fred realized that the Excel files and physical boards — he was using — hadn’t changed since the early 2000s. At the same time, Microsoft Teams and 365 were becoming the digital backbone of collaboration.

Issam holds dual PhDs in Machine Learning and Computer Vision, bringing deep technical expertise to digital transformation initiatives. He has developed advanced software solutions with a focus on image recognition and AI-powered systems.
Issam played a pivotal role in shaping the AI backbone of Digital Lean Management, bridging operational excellence with intelligent automation. In addition, he leads the integration of Microsoft technologies—Power Platform, Teams, and Azure AI—to create solutions that boost productivity and accelerate continuous improvement.
Hamza Elharchi Elmaslohi
AI & Digital Lean Consultant
Hamza is an AI & Digital Lean Consultant with a Master’s in Data Science from Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Budapest. He holds certifications as an Azure Data Engineer Associate and Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, showcasing his proficiency in Microsoft’s data and AI platforms.
Specializing in integrating AI and data into Lean Management practices, Hamza leverages tools like Azure AI Foundry and the Power Platform to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement. His approach focuses on automating workflows and transforming data into actionable insights, enabling organizations to optimize their processes effectively
