OPEX Maturity Assessments Dashboard is a Power BI solution designed to evaluate, monitor, and analyze organizational operational excellence maturity across eight key dimensions: Leadership, Strategy, Business Benefits, People, Culture, Performance, Process, and Customer Focus & Value Stream. The application pulls data from structured assessment questionnaires to provide comprehensive visibility into maturity levels, trends, and improvement opportunities across different organizational levels and departments.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are expected to adhere to the following responsibilities to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the OPEX Maturity Assessments Dashboard:
- Assessment Accuracy: Users must provide complete, accurate, and honest responses when completing maturity assessments, including scoring questions based on actual organizational practices and capabilities rather than aspirational or idealized states.
- Representative Participation: Organizations must ensure that a statistically reliable and representative sample of staff participates in assessments to achieve meaningful and valid results across all organizational levels.

All maturity assessment data entered into the OPEX Dashboard via Microsoft Lists, Excel, or SharePoint is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your assessment results or organizational data with third parties unless explicitly authorized or legally required. Assessment data remains confidential to your organization and authorized users.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The OPEX Maturity Assessments Dashboard application, including its assessment framework, maturity model, interface design, visualization logic, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of Digital Lean Management and Prof. Sanjay Bhasin. The operational excellence maturity assessment methodology is based on established OPEX principles and frameworks. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of the application or assessment model is strictly prohibited. All trademarks and logos used are owned by or licensed to Digital Lean Management.

The OPEX Maturity Assessments Dashboard is provided “as is.” Digital Lean Management makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of maturity assessments or organizational recommendations generated through the application.
